What is the Dime Dime Baby trend?

"Dime dime baby" is a line from "BbY WOW" by KAROL G with Judeline and rusowsky, and it's the name TikTok gave the trend around the song. Most videos use a sped-up cut of the track and are only 6 to 15 seconds long.

The trend has two halves that now run together: a dance, and a meme about a guy with a piece of bread.

LOS MENOR3S, a Venezuelan trio, started it. Big Bowe and a friend filmed a loose step side by side backstage, one of them holding a red party cup, and posted it on August 24, 2026: a bouncy groove with rolling shoulders, hands moving in front of the chest, and both hands on the head at the end. It passed 15 million views.

Groups of friends copied it in parks, dorms and offices, and in September Karol G brought them on stage in Boston to dance it with her. Our Dime Dime duo follows that clip move for move with you and a friend, your pet, or yourself twice.

The Bby Wow Guy clip was filmed in 2025 at a quinceañera, a 15th-birthday party, in Mexico. A man dances up to a guest's phone through the party lights, bites a concha (a Mexican sweet bread), puffs his cheeks and stares straight into the lens, then turns and dances back into the crowd.

In October 2026 people set it to the sped-up BbY WOW, so the bite lands right on "dime dime baby", and it became the meme. Our Bby Wow Guy version films you in your own clothes doing the same walk, bite and stare. We don't use his face.

Since mid-October 2026 the most-watched Dime Dime Baby videos are AI swaps: the same quinceañera shot with a cowboy, a grandma or a cat in it, made from one photo. Tutorials point people to CapCut templates; our generator does it in the browser with no template, with a free 4-second preview first.
